Workdays/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

 

Job Description:

  • This temporary position works within the payroll team to help support day to day activities such as password resets, payroll auditing, and data entry.
  • The role assists with providing support to internal customers concerning payroll and time and attendance practices.
  • Assists with payroll and time administration for North America
  • Responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery for all BD associates consistent with the values of client and the expectations of the NA HR Service delivery model.
  • Within the assigned area of responsibility (Payroll Administration) and under the direction of the Payroll Team Lead:
  • Specific responsibilities include:
  • Help ensure data/time uploads are conducted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze weekly pay reports and variances
  • Assist as needed with project related duties
  • Using MS Excel, manage data needed for payroll projects
  • Assist with Tier One phone inquiries and case management
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Extremely detail-orientated and accurate
  • Proven relationship building and conflict resolution skills

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years basic office experience; strongly prefer experience in SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze, and correct time and payroll data
  • Ability to communicate in a precise and clear manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal/external contacts
  • Knowledge of payroll policy and practice across US, Puerto Rico and Canada is a plus
  • Industry experience:
  • Desired - Experience working in mid/large complex environment

 

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Word. Experience with SAP strongly desired.
