Description:
- We are seeking a Capital Sales Support Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills, a proactive problem solver with a drive for excellence, and self-starter! The role will support our sales team and product support processes for our Capital Equipment product lines that have unique support requirements.
- Specific requirements include preparing quotes, managing sales programs and customer requests. Members of this team are the primary contact when our sales team needs assistance in supporting our medical equipment customers.
Essential job Functions:
- Reviews and processes orders – from quotes, creates sales order in ERP system, as well as manages change and return orders, which requires strong attention to detail. Daily tasks are varied and often complex, which requires good judgment and the ability to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
- Verifies inventory to appropriately process orders.
- Inventory tracking management and reporting
- Informs and communicates effectively with the sales team on all orders, issues, etc.
- Responds timely to requests from the sales team and/or internal customers.
- Administers equipment evaluation and sales programs.
- Facilitates the resolution of customer service issues with the sales group.
- Analysis and reporting on the above processes and programs.
- Interfacing with the client Sales force.
- Performs miscellaneous projects as required.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High school or GED required.
- A 2-year business or related degree preferred.
- 2 or more years' experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Prior experience working with an ERP system preferred, MFG PRO or other.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be detailed and results oriented with strong follow-through on projects/work, with strong time management skills.
- Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, be a strong team player, who will strive in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to conform to shifting demands and aggressive deadlines; respondto and resolve problems quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction, yet know when to reachout for help.
- Comfortable with problem-solving and process improvement minded.
- Strong interpersonal skills working within all levels, sales group, team and other departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Oral communication must be clear and persuasive in all situations.
- Good composition and writing skills, including proofreading & editing.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel (macros) & Outlook.
