Position       : Customer Data Steward (Must Have JDE, SAP & Excel Exp)

Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Total Hours/week : 40.00

Summary of Position:

• Responsible for assisting the JDE Gatekeeper Data Steward team and the SAP Customer Facing Master Data Operations team with updates to both systems for customer data and associated attributes.
• Also responsible for monitoring the Bard Legacy Freight Mailbox and responding to inquiries that relate to Freight Third Party Bill and Exception requests and maintaining associated database and reporting functions.
• Will assist in customer data reviews for accuracy in customer comparison.
• The Data Steward will collaborate with team members and will assist with ad hoc projects related to customer master data as needed.
• The Data Steward will perform key business functions, including data updates, review and reporting. 

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain, enhance and correct SAP and JDE ERP Customer Data
• Review of Customer Master Data for accuracy
• Monitoring of Associated Team Mailboxes
• MS Access Data Maintenance and Reporting
• Communicates with Internal and External customers on customer data related issues.
• Assists on special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• 1 to 3 Year related work experience preferred
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Process oriented

Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry
• Familiarity with JDE and/or SAP System
