Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • As a member of our recruitment team, you will play a meaningful role as you partner closely with hiring managers across our businesses to attract, select and on board stellar candidates, providing them with outstanding experiences throughout the hiring process.

 

The TA Coordinator assigned to managing Contingent Workforce will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing positions currently filled by contingent workers
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to establish clear position and selection requirements, define key deliverables and timelines
  • Assist managers in developing attractive job postings
  • Proactively create targeted attraction and engagement strategies (job boards, social media, compelling / relevant messaging) for active candidates
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and attract prospective candidates for pipe-lining, including diverse and underrepresented talent
  • Review and facilitate candidate selection process and operate within defined service levels
  • Establish cooperative partnerships with hiring leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process with regular touch points and providing timely follow through and follow up
  • Use competency-based interviewing tools to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process

  • Develop strong relationships with key partners including TA Business Partners, HR Partners, and hiring managers
  • Accurately manage candidate / requisition life-cycle in ATS to ensure data integrity for reporting
  • Partner closely with internal teams for obtaining positive outcomes

 

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or managing data in ATS strongly preferred
  • Organized and results oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency & high responsiveness
  • Demonstrates business maturity and is influential & customer focused with strong prioritization skills
  • Experience with MS Office applications (i. e. MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to independently with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort in speaking up or escalating when support is needed
  • Basic understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP)
