Job Short Description
Office Clerk responsible for accurate data entry, administrative support, document review, record maintenance, and day-to-day office coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Complete Description:The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines. The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with internal staff and should be able to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
Pay Rate $19.38/hr
Working Hours: 1st Shift Hrs
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Create, update, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and databases.
- Review documents and identify missing, incomplete, or deficient information.
- Organize and prioritize multiple assignments according to business needs and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with internal staff through verbal and written communication.
- Perform repetitive computer-based tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exercise sound judgment when handling records and confidential information.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and applicable administrative processes.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in accurate data entry and maintaining high data-quality standards.
- 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, including spreadsheets and databases.
- 2 years of professional administrative or office experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of experience reviewing documents and identifying deficiencies.
- Experience working with the State of Florida is highly desired.
- Experience using DBPR Versa regulations is preferred.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Administrative and office experience.

- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity in a fast-paced office environment.
- DBPR Versa regulations experience is preferred.
- State of Florida experience is highly desired.
