Job Summary

This role supports and builds custom applications across the agency. The developer helps set development standards for the agency and builds a robust, flexible, and structured development team across all projects. The position involves working with business teams, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance solutions in an agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the agency
  • Support existing DWD Dynamics 365 applications
  • Support existing custom applications written in .NET, Java, and other technologies
  • Support ETPL across multiple applications and the Dynamics environment
  • Support the various database technologies used across systems
  • Maintain, support, and implement Azure web jobs, MuleSoft, and Talend for data transfer across solutions
  • Help design and implement new systems that meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enhance existing applications in an agile environment
  • Work with business teams, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and improve solutions
  • Build development standards for the agency
  • Help build a structured development team
  • Stay proactive about new technologies, systems, and design patterns

Experience

  • 2 years as a .NET or full stack developer
  • 2 years of strong MuleSoft experience
  • 2 years with ASP.NET/MVC and .NET 9.0
  • 2 years with C#
  • 2 years with SQL
  • 2 years of agile development
  • 2 years with Java/Spring Framework
  • Experience in AI (preferred)

Eligibility and Qualifications
