Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm CT with an hour for lunch

 

Hybrid and onsite position: Tuesday – Thursday. The associate can work from the office Monday – Friday if that is their preference.

 

3 MUST HAVE'S ON RESUME:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service).

• Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).

 

Description:

SUMMARY:

  • Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses
  • Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
  • Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales service
  • Addresses moderately complex issues
  • Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision
  • Communicates complex information on products and services. Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs
  • Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
  • Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities
  • Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge
