Job Description -

• Experience with multiple types of MHE – order pickers, reach trucks and counterbalance.
• The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Proficient in the use of a PC.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.

• The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all.
• Associate must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have hearing sufficient to safely operate MHE [Material Handling Equipment] in a manufacturing

Job Summary: The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate movement of products within the distribution center. Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities) · Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment) · Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker. · Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site. · Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks. · Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes). · Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 2 days of employment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English.
• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
