Work Schedule
Start time will be 7:30 or 8, 8 hour day (excl lunch hours)


This is a Monday – Friday day shift contractor position, temp to direct hire opportunity. The position is hybrid with 1 - 2 days in the office, with the remaining time working remotely. Schedule to be determined based on business needs and could change from time to time (within day shift core hours). Overtime work might be required occasionally based on workload.

Reporting directly to the Sr Manager, Operations support of the Field Sales and Service organization across US Region’s Business. This role will be a key player involved with the transformation and harmonization of the operations support for the US Region customer-facing organizations. The primary goal of this position is to increase field rep productivity, maximize new hire experience, while also ensuring compliance and operational efficiencies. This position partners closely with other stakeholders, including Sales and Service Team Leaders, cross-functional Business Partners, HR, IT, Contracts, Legal and 3rd party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can think outside the box in problem-solving, thrive independently but also work well in a team environment, and be a people-person, organized and have exceptional communication skills. We're looking for an engaged and customer-focused professional with strong computer & analytical skills, as well as superb time management and prioritization abilities.

Time management must be superb. He/she will operate with minimal direction, a sense of urgency, and strong accountability for their results. Essential Responsibilities
On/offboarding

•Provide support to on/offboarding process for Sales/Service new sales hires, transfers, and terminations across various BU’s across all legacy organizations. Tasks include but not limited to working with HR, hiring manager and candidates to collect key personnel data, updating databases, submitting IT tickets, ordering mobile devices, facilitate the provisioning of AD Security Groups, distribution groups, Qlikview, Salesforce, RSS, GINA account, SAP, inventory account, assign role based training in LMS, facilitate CONCUR account application, verify SAP org structure, provisioning various business system access, communicating and facilitating key onboarding information with new hires or transfers, coordinating company asset retrieval upon termination, etc.
•Responsible for creating, maintaining and distributing on/off/crossboarding information to all key stakeholders.
•Manage workflow and cases through Salesforce case management. Maintain case resolution SLA’s.
•Serve as primary contact for all on/off/crossboarding activities and inquiries.
•Work with IT / HR / other departments to resolve new hire data and system access issues, and take appropriate steps to escalate as necessary to bring to resolution.
•Update and maintain SOP’s / DTP’s per current procedures and requirements.
•Support training for new hires in areas of responsibilities.

Vendor Credentialing
•Responsible for administering, promoting and supporting vendor credentialing best practices and processes for our field-based associates, which include solid understanding, interpretation and enforcement of vendor credentialing process.
•Handle day-to-day inquiries and requests related to vendor credentialing, including but not limited to account creation, registrations, membership renewals and deactivation, document updates, resolution of account discrepancies and access issues with credentialing agencies and hospital customers.
•Assist in supplier vetting/registration process within scope of vendor credentialing, to allow the company to be approved as a supplier with the customer.
•Communicate and interact with field-based associates on process and collect any necessary documents.
•Maintain and organize personnel credentialing files and databases needed for credentialing process.
•Maintenance, review & approval of exceptions to vendor credential Terms/Conditions, and communication of escalations to Contracts/Legal as required based on set guidelines.
•Serve as liaison between the Operations Support, field staff, Legal / Contracts to provide input on our credentialing program.
•Assist Contracts/Legal in facilitating exceptions to standard terms and conditions as needed within specified parameters.
•Support the maintenance & enhancement of process documentation and training materials.
•Administer routine credentialing related background check efforts.
•Host credentialing training during new hire orientation.

Other Duties
•Other duties as assigned based on business needs and team resources, including but not limited to providing cross-coverage to other areas within Operations Support.

Qualifications
*Minimum high school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
*Minimum 3 years of proven corporate program administration/support experience required in a high-volume environment. Sales support, Human Resources, Customer Support experience preferred.
*On-boarding and/or vendor credentialing support experience in a large corporation preferred.
*Experience in a fast-paced, matrix driven environment in a large sized corporation is preferred.
*Proven high-volume organizational and analytical skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders is required.
*Demonstrated ability and desire to identify opportunities for standardization, process improvements, relevant options and to execute appropriate solutions.
*Demonstrated assertiveness when facing push back and challenges to maintain program and process core integrity.
*Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software skills required. Salesforce experience advantageous.
*Proven ability to work independently, problem-solve and work with others to support a strong team development.
*Willingness and ability to take on additional projects and responsibilities, and to work overtime as requested.
