Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM .
Job Summary
Responsible for processing customer orders through pallet/case picking, packing, and pallet building within a distribution centre environment, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety compliance throughout order fulfilment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process customer orders: scan barcodes, pick and label boxes, pack orders using RF technology
- Palletize orders: scan, retrieve, and place completed orders on pallets; re-palletize for shipment
- Perform dock manifest duties (scanning completed pallets, operating shrink wrapper) as needed
- Transport pallets using walking material handling equipment (MHE) as required
- Verify accuracy and complete shipment packaging
- Maintain acceptable work area per SOPs and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Complete RF device training to obtain necessary profiles
- Maintain current status in C2C training modules
- Follow safety instructions and report injuries, hazards, or suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and facility
- Cross-train on other warehouse positions and provide backup support as needed
Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience required
- Experience with Walkie Rider (motorized pallet jack) – preferred

- Occasional climbing; regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment
