  • Data entry experience is a plus

 

Job Description:

  • This position reports to an Engineer in the Field Assurance Department.
  • This department is responsible for fielding of customer complaints about products.
  • The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff.
  • This department investigates the root cause of failure from an engineering perspective.
  • This position will be responsible for helping to process customer complaints, aiding in the investigation of root cause analysis, and will assist with engineering activities including decontamination/processing of returned medical devices, collect data, analyze data and prepare reports, and processing of customer complaints.
  • This position will process customer complaint data and create and update Excel reporting of customer complaint data.
  • Emphasis will be placed on accuracy and timeliness of data entry and processing

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two to four (2-4) years’ experiences in a related area or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated human relations and communication skills.
  • Working competence in Word Processing, Excel spreadsheets, presentation, and other software programs along with good letter composition skills.

 

Must have:

  • Ability to learn new databases with guided training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and general computer skills.
  • Grammar, writing and editing skills and proofreading competency.
  • Excellent organizational and functional skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality about information received in the course of duties in compliance with HIPPA regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work in an organized manner.
  • Functions well under pressure.
