Job Description:
• Work closely with product marketing, clinical SMEs, and functional management to translate customer and internal strategic needs into detailed features.
• Facilitate Collaboration between Clinical, Business and Technical Stakeholders to provide end to end solutions for data problems in the organization.
• Work closely with Program and Development Teams to translate clinical requirements into data specifications for delivery artifacts and refine scope based on options available.
• Create and maintain product roadmap prioritization with Life Sciences Leadership Team
• Strong focus on requirements gathering for analytics products
• Quality orientation with ability to work with QA team to ensure product quality.
• Partner with data modelers to capture specific data requirements that become reusable data assets within the analytics organization
• Work closely with data modeler and analytics engineers to define needed elements
o Define requirements for architecture to implement data models and specific business calculations intended for reuse
o Responsible for Data Stewardship and Business Catalog build out

Job Requirements:
• Relevant knowledge of clinical data domains (pharmacy, laboratory and microbiology data in particular)
• Technical Knowledge of Analytics and related Data Management principles (Data Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Stewardship)
• Process Mindset, ability to establish and revise SDLC process and Data Governance Process
• Experience in working with Data Modeling teams to build out Data Warehouses
• Experience in writing complex SQL and Data Analysis
• Experience with a major data visualization product such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience in writing detailed requirements for Development Teams
• Experience in working as a part of an agile team
• Background in Snowflake, R, and Python preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or clinical field. Master's preferred.
