Description:

  • The primary responsibility of this position is the investigation, analysis, resolution, trending and corrective action of product complaints.
  • Specific responsibilities include performing complaint investigations and supporting the resolution of complaints and CAPAs.
  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in complaint investigation is strongly preferred, but similar experience in the medical device industry will suffice.
  • Must have strong communications and problem solving skills, and possess the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Competent using office software including MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Trackwise is a plus!!!
