Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst (Temporary)

Job Location: San Diego, CA

Job Family: NA Total Rewards

Contract Term: 6+ Months

Weekly 40.00 Hours

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•          Respond to daily requests from internal partners related to compensation guidelines, external hiring and internal transfers of existing associates.

•          Support Job Architecture project including title harmonization, job level validation and incentive target alignment to global compensation structure as part of integration.

•          Support the annual compensation planning process for client groups, including fielding questions from the business and delivering training.

•          Support in completing compensation surveys and market analyses for client groups as it relates to benchmarking, leveling and analysis.

•          Lead implementation of various rewards related activities, including governance, training sessions, year-end planning and other project implementations.

•          Supports the Total Rewards team on special projects and assignments as needed. Including assisting with program design and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and benchmarking.

•          Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations within the businesses supported. Keep informed of new developments and disseminate information.

•          Support the Total Rewards team on special projects and assignments as needed.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•          A Bachelor degree in business, economics or a related field or equivalent required. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.

•          A minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in U.S. compensation analysis and administration.

•          Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, include experience with FLSA classification projects related to M&A activity.

•          Proven ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.

•          Excellent analytical and organization skills.

•          Excellent Excel ability.

•          Ability to manage to deadlines and multiple priorities, work under pressure and handle confidential information appropriately.

•          Detailed knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures, and techniques.

•          Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•          Experience working with Workday a plus.
