Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Fee programs, this position supports to the offer development process for Enterprise deals across multiple US Business Segments.
  • As a member of the Commercial Fee Program Team, this role will contribute to the establishment of a foundational infrastructure and formalized process of a new Analytics capability within the CoE combining the strengths and best practices of the legacy client and Legacy Bard companies. Additionally, this position will provide ongoing support of the US Region Contract and Pricing Council.
  • This role will support US Region policies, processes, and governance to ensure the effective implementation of complex, critical contract activities which manage business opportunities and risk appropriately.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Administer US Region IDN incentive programs including timely reporting and payment.
  • Prepare annual financial budget, quarterly financial projections, and accruals for incentive and other contractually obligated customer portfolio programs to ensure appropriate reserves are reflected on financial statements
  • Coordinate identified post-deal activities to ensure smooth transition with post-deal team counterparts
  • Develop variance analysis reporting to identify material fluctuations in sales at the customer and/or material level to understand drivers and ensure data is accurate and payment of fees is appropriate
  • Collaborate with Offer development team to initiate business process continuous improvement activities, conduct root cause analysis, determine error prevention solutions, and validate previous or current payments
  • Perform business analytics and provide meaningful reporting by synthesizing information from multiple sources, and applying to a clearly stated goal
  • Inspires confidence in both internal and external customers by continually presenting accurate and professionally represented finished work

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ experience in the applicable area)
  • Understanding of financial analysis with modeling capabilities
  • Understanding of commercial contract development and management
  • Able to analyze large amounts of data and derive key findings and insights
  • Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization
  • Ability to act with speed, agility, and accountability to drive desirable outcomes
  • Ability to partner within Commercial Operations to execute contract offerings
  • Ability to work in a new created, evolving organization undergoing significant change
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power BI
