• Experience with customer orders and or purchase orders

• SRM experience

 

Job Description:

  • • Reports directly to the Contracts & Compliance Manager – RISCC/TIE, MMS Dispensing Capital Contracting.
  • Provides support to MMS Dispensing.
  • Will include the day-to-day processing of RISCC/TIE requests, the monitoring of work queues, and the supporting of aligned business-units including, but not limited to, Asset Management, Billing, and Portfolio. In addition, this position will have basic Customer Order quoting responsibilities.
  • Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Will require actively engaging with both Sales and Operational partners

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting and proactively communicating with MMS Dispensing Salespersons to ensure a complete contract process for Customer Orders. The contract process includes, but is not limited to, Master Agreements, Customer Orders, Purchase Orders, Implementation Schedules, and financials.
  • Generating a narrow and limited segment of both internal and external revenue generating Customer Orders
  • Coordinating product proposals and aligned requirements for product platforms and their detailed configurations
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs
  • A working knowledge of US Antitrust laws, HIPAA laws, Sarbanes Oxley rules, Internal Audit procedures, and regulatory controls
  • A working knowledge of post-signature capital contracting processes including installation, billing/revenue management, and maintenance of equipment and how each of those post-execution processes are affected by pre-signature contract accuracy
  • A general understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles
  • Generating and understanding reporting on contracting activities, outstanding sales, pending deal elements, and other related data
  • Provide pre-deal support for specific and limited requests
  • Escalating as needed to all levels of management cross-functionally
  • Contract review including, but not limited to, evaluating, and enforcing all necessary and required pre-contractual requirements and escalating when necessary
  • Risk mitigation
  • Regulatory compliance

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a Regionally or Nationally Accredited University (relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education requirement)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP)
  • Strong organizational skills (must be highly organized and detail-oriented)
  • Communication skills (including exemplary customer service practices)
  • The ability to successfully communicate at all business levels with both internal and external partners, be able to manage complex tasks, and make independent recommendations
  • General understanding of commercial contract process, including contract strategy development, pricing, product technology, quoting, and policy development
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills– internal – at all management levels; not customer facing
