Must have good attendance- reliable!
Safety shoes required.
Small part assembly, use of a higher powered microscope, tweezers.
Candidates with sewing exp, workng with small delicate parts are ideal candidates.
Summary of Position with General Responsibilities
Perform various processes for PTFE manufacturing which is primarily done in a clean room environment.
This requires following the SOPs and GMPs.

1.Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork
2.Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed
3.Communicate effectively with co-workers
4.Enter batch information into database
5.Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing process
6.Perform inspection of own work of prior manufacturing operations
Basic Qualifications
1. Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperwork

Education and/or Experience
1.High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required, Small part Assembly, use of tweezers.
Full suit, clean room regulated controlled temperature environment.
May be use small blades. Protection, PPE and training provided.
Must have good communication skills
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment.
The employee frequently is required to talk and hear.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
