Job Summary:
Maintenance Mechanic position based in Pensacola, FL, involving both indoor office work and outdoor duties. The role covers general building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance using standard hand tools and basic computer systems (Windows 11, MS Office, MS Edge). Dress code requires jeans or khaki-type trousers with closed-toed shoes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building maintenance repairs
• Plumbing maintenance/repairs (fixture changes, addressing blocked toilets)
• HVAC maintenance/repairs
• Electrical maintenance/repair (light switches, bulbs, troubleshooting)
• Renovations (patching holes, caulking, painting)
• Furniture relocations
• Equipment maintenance/repair
• Vehicle maintenance (checking fluids, washing, tire pressure)
• Outside grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, use of chain saws, ladder climbing)
• General cleaning duties (washing windows, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash)

Experience:

• General building maintenance experience (indoor and outdoor)
• Plumbing, electrical, and renovation/repair experience
• Experience using lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, chain saws)
• Vehicle upkeep experience

Key Skills:

• Ability to speak and understand English
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Windows 11, Edge)
• Hands-on troubleshooting ability across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Comfortable using ladders and general maintenance/lawn equipment

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Experience in general building maintenance (interior and exterior)
• Ability to operate standard computer systems and software
