Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support, technical or production staff in an assigned area to deliver results in Safety, Quality, Delivery,& Cost to achieve plant goals.

Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors Has in-house knowledge of work processes and tools within own area

 

Applies expertise to solve standard and non-standard problems within own area

Qualifications

� Associates degree and 2+ years related work experience required

� Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team

� Strong communication skills required?
