Workdays/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

This would be a good position for recent graduates with little office work experience. They need to be able to use Excel to track data. Will be opening and saving 1000's of documents and marking details in a tracker.

This is a very basic....open pdf, read properties mark in file.

 

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

  • Performing a manual review of all invoices in multiple ERPs to locate data information
  • Maintaining a detailed and organized tracker to ensure data information is appropriately documented
  • Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency

 

Education, Experience and Skills

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Data capture or analysis experience

 

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to take ownership, think independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advanced excel proficiency with a specific focus on Excel formulas, conditional formatting, and data visualization required
