Job Description:.

  • Post Market Surveillance Specialist is responsible for coordination and maintenance of proactive customer feedback monitoring activities for Alaris™ System products:
  • Manages and tracks post market surveillance customer surveys activities
  • Conducts phone surveys and/or prepares bulk customer surveys for mail distribution
  • Follows up with Customers who have not responded to customer survey request and documents due diligence attempts
  • Collects and tracks customer survey responses and consolidates data for management to include in monthly PMS Reports for FDA
  • Ensures that customer survey responses requiring escalation are triage accordingly and complaints are fed into complaint system in a timely manner
  • Manages current customer contact list and partners with Customer Experience and Customer Master Data team to gather missing customer contact information
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of the product line and how products are used and serviced
  • Other Duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Quality Compliance in a Medical Device Industry
  • Able to utilize computers for data entry, development of reports/documents in varied systems
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience dealing with collecting and organizing data using survey tool
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Medical Device Company or other regulated industry with Complaint Management or Post Market Surveillance is desirable
